Terms of Use — VaryPoint (Demo)

What you're using

The site at demo.varypoint.com is a public, read-only sandbox of the VaryPoint platform. It is provided for evaluation and demonstration only. It is not a production service, carries no service-level agreement, and does not process real customer data.

What you can do

Walk through any of the industry-specific tours.
Inspect the seeded synthetic tenants for evaluation purposes.
Share the public URL with colleagues evaluating the platform.
Reach out to the founder if you'd like a paid pilot.

What you can't do

Attempt to extract data from the sandbox (it's synthetic anyway).
Probe the platform for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. (Want to do an authorized assessment? security@varypoint.com.)
Reverse-engineer, mirror, or republish the platform's code or interfaces.
Use the demo for any purpose that competes with VaryPoint or its customers.

No warranty

The sandbox is provided “as is.” The platform may be rebooted, redeployed, or temporarily unavailable at any time. Tenant data is reset on a regular cadence. VaryPoint disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Production deployments

A signed Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement govern any production deployment. The terms on this page do not apply to production usage and do not modify any signed customer contract.
